Cozy Dining Nook

An empty corner transformed into a cozy, custom-looking dining nook — for under $2,500 CAD.

The goal was to create more seating, warmth and personality without the cost of custom millwork. IKEA BESTÅ cabinets gave us the foundation for a DIY built-in banquette, finished in Sherwin-Williams Indigo Batik. We layered in an accessible mix of Wayfair, Amazon and Etsy finds to create a collected, polished look on a realistic budget.
